So in my talks of moving out of state lately (in the far, far future), I've been looking at other states.. Their weather, their economy.. I came across some Wilmington NC real estate that looked interesting. North Carolina seems to be nice. Closer to the ocean than Iowa, nice weather. I'd have to look more at it, but everything I've heard of North Carolina seems nice. I still kind of have my heart set on Pennsylvania, or a place like it. Pennsylvania was just so nice when I was there. I think my heart's kind of smitten.
